Iqra Quran Class is committed to providing high-quality online Quran education. We aim to ensure every student is satisfied with their experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Free Trial
New students are offered a free trial class before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all new students to use this trial to assess whether our services meet their needs before subscribing.
Monthly Subscription — Refund Eligibility
Refunds for monthly subscription fees are available under the following conditions:
- Request Within 7 Days: If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid monthly charge. The refund will be for that month’s fee only.
- Service Disruption: If we fail to deliver the agreed classes due to reasons within our control (e.g., teacher unavailability without a suitable replacement offered), a pro-rated refund may be issued for the missed classes.
- Technical Issues: Refunds or class credits may be granted if classes are repeatedly disrupted due to issues on our end.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Student fails to attend scheduled classes without prior notice
- Student changes their mind after the 7-day refund window has passed
- Disruptions caused by the student’s own internet connection or device
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account termination
- Free trial classes (no charge applies)
- Partial months — if a student cancels mid-month after the 7-day window
Missed Classes / Class Credits
If a student misses a class due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, they may contact us to request a makeup class or credit, subject to the following:
- Notification must be provided as soon as possible
- Each case will be assessed on an individual basis
- Credits must be used within the same calendar month
We are committed to being fair and accommodating in genuine circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@iqraquranclass.com with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
- The date of payment and amount
- Any supporting information (e.g., screenshots of technical issues)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
