Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (www.iqraquranclass.com) and enrolling in any course offered by Iqra Quran Class, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including parents or guardians enrolling children in our courses.
Description of Services
Iqra Quran Class provides online one-on-one Quran and Islamic education services, including but not limited to:
- Noorani Qaida (Arabic letters and basic reading)
- Nazra Quran (reading fluency)
- Tajweed (pronunciation rules and articulation)
- Quran Memorisation / Hifz
- Quran Translation
- Islamic Studies
Classes are delivered via Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms. Both male and female teachers are available.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals of all ages. Users under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and takes responsibility for the student’s participation.
Account Registration
To access our services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You must notify us of any changes to your registration information by emailing info@iqraquranclass.com.
Free Trial Classes
Iqra Quran Class offers free trial classes to new students. Trial classes are subject to availability and are limited to one session per student/household. Iqra Quran Class reserves the right to limit or withdraw the free trial offer at any time.
Fees and Payment
Our services operate on a monthly subscription model. By enrolling in a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable monthly fee in advance
- Provide valid and current payment details
- Authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel
Fees are subject to change. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of any fee changes. Continued use of services after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our support team. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 3)
Class Scheduling and Attendance
- Classes must be scheduled in advance through our scheduling system.
- Students are expected to attend scheduled classes on time.
- If a student needs to reschedule, at least 12 hours’ prior notice must be given.
- If notice is not given in time, the class may be forfeited.
- If a teacher is unavailable, we will arrange a replacement or reschedule at no extra cost.
- Repeated absences without notice may result in suspension or termination of the account.
Code of Conduct
All students and parents/guardians agree to:
- Treat teachers with respect and courtesy during classes
- Not record, share, or distribute class sessions without written consent
- Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Ensure a suitable learning environment during online sessions
Iqra Quran Class reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, lesson plans, teaching resources, and website content are the intellectual property of Iqra Quran Class. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iqra Quran Class shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Technical disruptions including internet outages, platform failures, or device issues
- Educational outcomes — while we strive for excellence, results may vary between students
- Any content shared by students during live sessions
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local mandatory laws apply to you.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
